Position: CNC & VMC Programmer
Qualification: DME / B.E. – Mechanical
Experience: Minimum 15 Years
Age: Below 40 Years
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CNC Lathe & VMC programming and prove-out
Prepare programs from 2D engineering drawings
Develop and modify 3D models using CAD software
Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters
Validate programs and ensure first-piece accuracy
Optimize machining cycle time and productivity To meet cost per components
Troubleshoot programming, tooling and machining problems
Ensured new product development and component as per TDC
Maintain CNC programs, drawings and revision control
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams
REQUIRED SKILLS
1 Strong hands-on experience in CNC & VMC programming
2 Good knowledge of CAD & 3D Modelling
3 Strong engineering drawing interpretation skills
4 Proven ability to verify drawings and ensure component accuracy
5 Knowledge of tooling, cutting parameters and machining processes
6 Good problem-solving and shop-floor management skills
The candidate should be capable of independently handling the complete process:
Engineering Drawing → 3D Model → CNC/VMC Program → Program Prove-Out → First-Piece Inspection → Production
SALARY
₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Salary will be based on experience and technical capability.
