Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and target-oriented Showroom Manager to manage our electric two-wheeler showroom operations, drive sales growth and deliver excellent customer experiences.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales and team management skills, customer-handling experience and the ability to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
Achieve monthly sales targets and drive showroom revenue.
Handle walk-in customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Explain vehicle features, battery technology, pricing and finance options.
Develop strategies to increase sales and customer conversions.
Team Management
Manage and motivate showroom sales executives.
Assign daily targets and monitor individual performance.
Conduct regular sales meetings and provide team training.
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups and test ride bookings.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate referrals.
Showroom Operations
Manage daily showroom activities and discipline.
Maintain vehicle stock, accessories and inventory records.
Coordinate vehicle deliveries, documentation and finance processes.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
Marketing & Business Development
Generate leads through local marketing and digital platforms.
Coordinate promotional activities and sales campaigns.
Explore opportunities to expand the customer base.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate preferred.
2–5 years of experience in automobile or retail sales.
Experience in showroom management will be an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM/Excel.
Knowledge of electric vehicles will be an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
