Location: Mohammad Nagar, Bijnor Road, Lucknow (Near Sheetla Mata Mandir)
Job Overview
We are looking for energetic, confident and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing electric two-wheeler showroom.
The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, demonstrating electric scooters, generating sales leads and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Handling & Sales
Welcome and attend walk-in customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electric scooters.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, range, LFP battery technology and benefits.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test rides.
Convert enquiries into bookings and successful sales.
2. Lead Generation & Follow-ups
Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Generate new leads through references and local marketing.
Maintain customer enquiry and follow-up records.
Coordinate test rides and customer visits.
3. Product Knowledge
Develop a thorough understanding of Ferrato Superbikes and Khalsa EV products.
Explain the advantages of LFP battery technology.
Communicate pricing, finance options, exchange offers and promotional schemes.
Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
4. Sales Target & Reporting
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain daily sales and enquiry reports.
Coordinate with the showroom manager for bookings and deliveries.
Ensure a positive customer experience.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
1–3 years of experience in sales or customer handling preferred.
Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
Good Hindi communication skills.
Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to achieve targets.
Automobile or electric vehicle sales experience will be an advantage.
