📢 WE ARE HIRING – SOUS CHEF (MULTICUISINE) 👨‍🍳

🏨 Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan
📍 Work Mode: On-site
💰 Salary: Up to ₹40,000–₹45,000 per month
💼 Experience: Relevant experience in multicuisine kitchen operations preferred

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
✅ Prepare and supervise multicuisine dishes
✅ Maintain food quality, taste, presentation and consistency
✅ Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation
✅ Ensure hygiene, sanitation and food safety standards
✅ Monitor inventory, food wastage and portion control
✅ Maintain kitchen discipline and timely food service
✅ Support menu planning and new dish development

🔹 REQUIRED SKILLS:
✔️ Strong knowledge of multicuisine food preparation
✔️ Kitchen team handling and leadership skills
✔️ Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety
✔️ Ability to work under pressure in a professional kitchen
✔️ Good coordination and time management
