Niharika Global Café is looking for a skilled, passionate, and hardworking Chef to join our team. We are seeking someone who can prepare delicious food, maintain high-quality standards, and contribute to an excellent customer dining experience.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food according to the café’s menu and recipes.
Handle food preparation for items such as burgers, sandwiches, wraps, rolls, pizzas, and other café dishes.
Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
Ensure proper kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
Manage kitchen ingredients, stock, and inventory.
Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control.
Work efficiently during busy hours and coordinate with the café team.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Chef or Café Cook is preferred.
Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
Ability to maintain hygiene and food quality standards.
Good time management and teamwork skills.
Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
