Sales Manager – Real Estate Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

• Drive new business, revenue, and deal closures

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle, site visits & negotiations

• Handle sales pipeline, forecasting, collections & P&L

• Build strong client, broker & channel partner relationships

• Monitor team performance and provide coaching

• Develop strategies to improve sales and profitability

Requirements

• 4–7 years of relevant Real Estate Sales experience

• Team-handling experience preferred

• Strong sales, negotiation & communication skills

• Proven track record of achieving targets

• Strong business acumen and leadership skills
