Marketing Executive (B2B & B2C) Full Time

About the Role

NAEXA GREEN ENERGIES is looking for a Marketing Executive to grow our solar business through B2B and B2C marketing, lead generation, customer engagement, and field marketing.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads from solar EPC companies, dealers, installers, contractors, businesses, and residential customers.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Marketing

• Generate leads from solar EPC companies, dealers, installers and contractors.

• Develop new business relationships and channel partners.

• Conduct market research and identify potential customers.

• Make calls, WhatsApp outreach and field visits.

• Maintain and regularly update the B2B customer database.

B2C Marketing

• Generate residential solar leads.

• Conduct local marketing and customer visits.

• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/sales team.

• Follow up with prospects until conversion.

Digital Marketing

• Manage NAEXA’s Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn presence.

• Create basic marketing content using Canva.

• Coordinate social media campaigns and promotional activities.

• Support lead-generation campaigns.

Sales Support

• Follow up with enquiries.

• Prepare/send quotations with the sales team.

• Maintain lead and follow-up records.

• Support exhibitions, events and promotional campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing/sales/business development preferred.

• Solar, electrical, renewable-energy or related industry experience is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• English, Telugu and Hindi communication preferred.

• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Canva.

• Comfortable with field visits and cold calling.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
