1. Definitions

  • “JobRope,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the operators of the website (https://www.jobrope.com/).
  • “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing the Service, including Candidates, Job Seekers, Employers, and Recruiters.
  • “Candidates” or “Job Seekers” refers to users seeking employment opportunities or creating professional directory profiles.
  • “Employers” or “Recruiters” refers to users or business entities seeking to publish job openings or search candidate directories.
  • “Packages / Credits” refers to digital listing plans, posting credits, featured profile upgrades, and candidate search access packages purchased on the platform.
  • “Content” refers to text, graphics, images, resumes, job postings, company profiles, and other materials uploaded to the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or purchase services. Our platform is strictly for professional business use.
  • Account Security: To access core features (such as purchasing posting credits or publishing candidate profiles), you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Account Responsibility: All users are entirely responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and for any activities or purchases made under their registered account.

3. Job Listings & Employer Responsibility

  • Listing Accuracy: Any job vacancy or listing posted by an employer on JobRope is the sole responsibility of that employer. Employers warrant that their postings contain accurate, legitimate, and lawful employment opportunities.
  • Content Moderation: JobRope does not guarantee or warrant the absolute accuracy of user-submitted listings. We reserve the right to remove any listing or suspend any account that fails to meet our security and verification standards.

4. Digital Products & Platform Access

  • Instant Digital Delivery: JobRope sells direct access to recruitment tools, job posting slots, and directory visibility plans. Access to credits, dashboard features, and featured profile status is activated automatically and instantly upon completed payment.
  • Directory Platform: JobRope acts solely as a digital venue connecting employers with potential candidates. JobRope is not a staffing agency, employer, or party to any employment agreement concluded between users outside the platform.

5. Fees & Payments

  • Pricing & Currency: All fees for listing packages, subscription credits, and profile upgrades are clearly displayed in USD (or local equivalent) at the point of purchase.
  • Payment Gateways: All online payments on the platform are securely processed through authorized merchant processing gateways, including Dodo Payments. JobRope does not store credit card credentials or sensitive financial data on its servers.
  • Direct Platform Sales: Payments made on JobRope are strictly for purchasing digital software services and site visibility tools directly from JobRope. We do not handle peer-to-peer money transfers, escrow services, or candidate payouts.
  • Taxes & Processing: Applicable sales tax, VAT, or local transaction fees are calculated and collected at checkout where required by law.

6. No Guarantee of Employment or Hiring

JobRope provides tools for recruitment discovery and networking. JobRope does not:

  • Guarantee that an employer will fill a position or that a candidate will secure employment.
  • Manually pre-screen every individual candidate or employer. Users are encouraged to perform standard background checks during their interview processes.
  • Accept liability for employment outcomes, contracts, or agreements made between candidates and employers outside of the JobRope platform.

7. Prohibited Activities & Account Termination

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any user account without prior notice if you engage in prohibited activities, including:

  • Posting fraudulent, false, deceptive, or misleading job listings or candidate resumes.
  • Posting illegal content, phishing schemes, spam, or unauthorized solicitations.
  • Uploading malicious code, viruses, or scripts designed to disrupt platform operations.
  • Utilizing automated scrapers, bots, or data-extraction tools on our candidate directory without explicit written consent.
  • Attempting to bypass, disable, or alter any security or checkout mechanisms implemented on the site.

8. Changes to Terms

JobRope reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. When updates occur, the updated terms will be published directly on this page. Your continued use of the JobRope platform following any changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
