About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in developing responsive web applications, building REST APIs, integrating databases, and implementing secure and scalable software solutions.
The candidate will work on real-world projects, collaborate with the development team, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to the complete software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
Build interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
Design, manage, and optimize databases using MongoDB and/or MySQL.
Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-structured code.
Identify, debug, and resolve application errors and performance issues.
Use Git and GitHub for version control and team collaboration.
Test applications and ensure functionality, performance, and security.
Deploy applications and assist with production maintenance.
Collaborate with designers, developers, testers, and project managers.
Required Technical Skills
Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js
Backend: Node.js, Express.js
Database: MongoDB, MySQL
Programming: Strong JavaScript fundamentals and problem-solving skills
API Development: REST APIs, HTTP methods, status codes, request/response handling
Authentication: JWT, sessions, authentication and authorization
Version Control: Git and GitHub
Deployment: Basic understanding of hosting, environment variables, and production deployment
Additional Skills: Responsive design, debugging, asynchronous programming, and error handling
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Good understanding of frontend and backend development.
Ability to develop complete web applications independently or collaboratively.
Strong logical thinking and debugging skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and work on real-world projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing and deploying full-stack applications.
Knowledge of database optimization
