- Location: Lethbridge, Alberta
- Salary: $34 to 36 per hour + comprehensive benefits
- Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Support Services Manager, CSNM to oversee the essential non-clinical departments of a senior care home, including food/nutrition, housekeeping and laundry.
This leadership role is crucial to maintaining a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment that enhances residents’ quality of life.
Support Services Manager, Key Responsibilities:
- Support Services Manager, CSNM manages daily operations, scheduling, and performance of support services staff
- Support Services Manager, CSNM ensure compliance with food safety, infection control, and environmental sanitation regulations
- SSM, oversees budgets related to food costs, equipment, and supplies
- Support Services Manager, CSNM leads hiring, training, and evaluations in line with labor agreements
- Support Services Manager, CSNM collaborates with nursing and administration to meet resident dietary needs and address feedback
- Support Services Manager, CSNM maintains emergency preparedness and building safety standards
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Food and Nutrition Management, Hospitality, or related field
- Current membership or certification with the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM) required
- 2–5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in long-term care or healthcare settings
Strong knowledge of infection control, OH&S legislation, budgeting, and conflict resolution
